-domains
    - xxx.com
         -public_html ในนี้จะเป็นข้อมูล (ทั้ง file และ folder)web ทั้งหมด

-public_html
    - themes  ในนี้จะมี folder ของ theme แต่มีไม่ครบ

- xxx.com
    - public_html
        - include
        - modules
        - themes

- themes
   - ในนี้มี folder ของ theme Thai-FiSubNuke ซึ่งผมไม่เคยใช้งาน


ผมคิดว่าข้อมูล web จริงๆคงอยู่ใน domains ครับ
 

ขั้นตอนถูกต้องแล้วครับ
ว่าแต่ folder แปลกๆที่เพิ่มมาชื่อว่าอะไรครับ
ตอน restore ต้องระวังนิดนึงครับ เนื่องจากระบบมันจะ tar ให้โดยมี reference folder ด้วย
ก่อน restore ตรวจสอบ path ที่มัีนจะ restore นิดนึงครับ

ผมลอง select ทุก folder,file ใน public_html
แล้ว add to clipboard (clear cipboard ก่อนแล้ว)
แล้วไปตั้งชื่อ file ที่จะ save ในช่องว่าง
แล้วก็กดปุ่ม
ได้ file .tar.gz ออกมาครับ
download file นี้มาที่เครื่อง PC
ลอง extract ดู ปรากฏว่า file (น่าจะ)มาครบ  แต่มันมี folder แปลกเพิ่มด้วยครับ
เลยไม่แน่ใจว่าทำถูกรึปล่าวครับ

ช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับ

น่าจะได้แล้วนะครับ Folder thai มันไม่มีครับ มีแต่ english ตอนนี้ copy folder english มาเป็น thai แล้ว

ตรง Outgoing Mail Server ต้องเลือก "My Server requires Authentication" ด้วยครับ ตามภาพ

อย่างไรก็ดีหากเพิ่งเช็คเมล์ด้วย POP3 ไปไม่เกิน 30 นาที จะสามารถส่งออกได้โดยไม่ต้อง Authentication ใหม่
